Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
American Regal Remodeling (“ARR”) warrants that its Vinyl Bending Machine (“Covered Equipment”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and routine maintenance for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
This warranty applies exclusively to machines operated in accordance with ARR’s published specifications and maintenance guidelines.
2. Scope of Warranty
During the warranty period, ARR will, at its sole discretion:

Repair or replace defective mechanical or electrical components

Provide technical support for issues directly related to manufacturing defects

Ensure that any corrective actions maintain compliance with applicable safety and performance standards
Replacement parts will be new or refurbished and functionally equivalent to original components.
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
-
Wear items such as heating elements, subject to normal degradation

Failures due to operation outside specified temperature, voltage, or material tolerances
-
Cosmetic damage that does not affect machine performance
-
Third-party accessories or components not supplied or certified by ARR
4. Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

Submit written notice to ARR within 15 calendar days of identifying the defect

Include the machine’s serial number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue

Allow reasonable access for inspection or return of the equipment if required
Warranty service may be performed on-site or at an authorized ARR service center, depending on the nature of the defect.
5. Limitations of Liability
ARR shall not be liable for:

Downtime, lost production, or consequential damage

Costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or transportation

Claims exceeding the original purchase price of the Covered Equipment
This warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.
