1. Eligibility for Returns

American Regal Remodeling (“ARR”) accepts returns of its Vinyl Bending Machine (“Covered Equipment”) under the following conditions:

• The return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery

• The equipment is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• The return is authorized in writing by ARR prior to shipment

Returns requested outside this window or involving used or modified equipment may be subject to denial or restocking fees.

 

2. Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return, the customer must:

• Contact ARR via email or written notice with the original order number and reason for return

• Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from ARR

• Ship the equipment to the designated ARR facility with the RMA clearly marked

Unauthorized returns or shipments without an RMA may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

 

3. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, and administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount unless waived in writing by ARR.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Equipment damaged due to improper handling, installation, or modification

• Items shipped more than 30 days prior to the return request

 

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of ARR’s receipt and inspection of the returned equipment. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and exclude shipping charges, restocking fees, and any non-returnable components.

 

6. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to an ARR error or a verified defect. ARR recommends using insured and trackable shipping methods. ARR is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

7. Governing Law

This Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.
